Club Policy Regarding Off Road Vehicle Use

Adopted by the Board of Directors Nov. 7, 2006

The following policies cover all motorized vehicles, including, but not limited to: cars, trucks, atv's, snowmobiles, and motorcycles.

All vehicles on club property must be properly insured and registered as required by the State of New York. All off road vehicle owners must present the club secretary of a copy of proof of registration and insurance. All off road vehicle owners using club property must assume any liability resulting from their vehicle use on club property and sign a copy of this notice.

With the exception of the driveway, parking, and range areas, no vehicles will be allowed on the remaining wooded club property, moving or parked, from the beginning of the Southern Zone big game archery season until the close of the Southern Zone big game season including muzzle loader season. In addition, no vehicles will be allowed off the road or in the woods, moving or parked, during the spring turkey legal hunting days and hours.

Exceptions:

1. Club sanctioned group events such as archery shoots or work details.

2. Members wishing to remove a legally taken deer carcass may do so from 11 A.M. to 12 noon or later than one half hour after sunset.

3. Exceptions may be made for handicapped members by applying to the Board for such exception.

I HAVE READ THE ABOVE CLUB POLICY REGARDING VEHICLES ON CLUB WOODED GROUNDS AND AGREE TO FOLLOW IT AS A CONDITION OF BEING ALLOWED THE PRIVILEGE OF USING MY VEHICLE ON CLUB PROPERTY.
